I am a ductch guy working as a volunteer in a HIV children orphanage, I just rent a min villa with 3 bed rooms with big living room nice kitchen and nice jusmine plants garden. The house is located in out skirt of town about 5 minutes from airport in a very peacefull and serendity place where you fee like a village just off the city.
The room are fully furnised, bed, closet, table, fan, aircon and nice large bath room, of course you have a fully access to living room, cook ur own food... i can say where feel your own room.
I am currently looking for a flatemates to rent my other free 2 rooms, I do prefer short stay at the moment. If you are coming and working in Phnom Penh for a short time, please feel free to contact me.
The rent is $150 a month included bills... Ect.
